職位描述/要求：

主要工作職責(zé)：

1、分析經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)和行業(yè)狀況，負(fù)責(zé)投資項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)收集和可行性分析；
2、協(xié)助擬投資項(xiàng)目的初步可行性研究和立項(xiàng)研究，提交可行性研究報(bào)告，撰寫項(xiàng)目投資操作方案；協(xié)助制作財(cái)務(wù)模型和盡職調(diào)查；
3、協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)投資架構(gòu)，分析項(xiàng)目相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；協(xié)助起草項(xiàng)目法律文件，編制投資調(diào)研報(bào)告、可行性研究報(bào)告及框架協(xié)議相關(guān)內(nèi)容并擬訂項(xiàng) 目實(shí)施計(jì)劃和行動(dòng)方案；
4、協(xié)助投資項(xiàng)目談判，建立并保持與合作伙伴、其他部門和潛在客戶的良好的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系；協(xié)助管理投資項(xiàng)目，并及時(shí)提出業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展和管理改進(jìn)的建議。

Position Title: Private Equity Senior Analyst
Location: Beijing, China

Job Description:
1. Information collection and analysis: Gathers all necessary information in support of understanding and analyzing a particular industry and/ or a specific/ targeted company from public and private sources. Instills and analyzes information in depth and summarize the findings in concise manner.
2. Investment project review and document preparation: Participates in due diligence or a defined DD effort including interviewing the management team and all relevant parties of the business such as the banks/ creditors, suppliers, customers, and competitor companies. To facilitate preparing internal investment review documents by summarizing and analyzing DD information. To support team members to develop financial analysis products including projection and valuation models.
3. Fund investment portfolio analysis: Helps the team and seniors to periodically conduct reviews documents and analysis of investment portfolios. Presents the review products in clear concise format and emphasize risk.
4. Coordination with other departments of CONTINENTAL CAPITAL: Communicate with other departments effectively for meeting internal compliance. Makes good use of all resources and information to support PE work and promote PE business.

Qualifications
？Undergraduate/Graduate degree on corporate finance, accounting, laws and agribusiness management, as well as technology (with CFA, CPA qualification a plus)
？Fluency in Mandarin a must. Good command of English (written & oral)
- Prior private equity experience and work experience beyond the investment banking analyst program is preferred
- Strong academic and professional experience and be able to contribute to a collaborative and constructive work environment
- Be highly motivated and have strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong ability to handle multi-task with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in teams
